Terms and Conditions for Services Provided by GW Studio

These Terms and Conditions establish the framework of collaboration between GW Studio and its clients for graphic design and web design services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Definitions

• Client: The individual or legal entity requesting design services from GW Studio.

• Services: Any graphic design, web design, UI/UX, branding, web development, or related services offered by GW Studio.

• Project: The specific activity agreed upon between the client and GW Studio, including deliverables, timelines, and costs.

2. Service Offer & Acceptance

• Service offers and prices are customized based on each client’s needs and requirements.

• The offer is valid for 30 days from the date of submission. Acceptance of an offer by the client constitutes agreement with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Payment

• Advance: A 50% advance of the total agreed amount is required to start any project.

• Intermediate Payment (if applicable): A 25% payment may be required for long-term projects.

• Final Payment: The remaining 25%–50% is due upon project completion, before final delivery.

• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and PayPal (upon request).

• Late Payment Penalties: Late payments may incur a 1.5% penalty of the total due amount for each week of delay.

4. Intellectual Property

• Copyrights: All copyrights for works created by GW Studio remain its property until full payment is received.

• License: Upon full payment, GW Studio transfers to the client the rights to use the created materials. GW Studio reserves the right to showcase these materials in its portfolio and for marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Revisions & Modifications

• All packages include a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra costs, to be agreed upon in advance.

• Major modifications or additional requests not included in the original offer will be billed separately.

6. Confidentiality

GW Studio is committed to keeping all client information and materials confidential during and after collaboration. This obligation does not apply to information already public or legally obtained from third parties.

7. Liability & Warranties

• GW Studio will make every effort to deliver high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee that our services will meet all client expectations if they are not clearly defined in the initial brief.

• We are not liable for any losses or damages caused by the improper use of created materials.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Canceling a project after accepting the offer will result in the loss of the advance payment.

• If the project is already in its intermediate or final phase, the client must cover the costs of the work completed up to that point.

• Refunds are only granted in exceptional cases, at the discretion of GW Studio.

9. Force Majeure

GW Studio will not be held responsible for delays or failures in fulfilling its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, major technical issues, power outages, or other force majeure circumstances.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

GW Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated in writing or published on our website.
